is a principal of the firm, and a member of the firm's Corporate, Real Estate, and Estate Planning and Administration Practice Groups. In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer is a Lecturer in the Graduate-Level Taxation Program at The University at Albany where she teaches Federal Income Taxation and State and Interstate Taxation, and an Adjunct Professor at Albany Law School where she teaches Taxation of Corporations. Jennifer acts as general counsel to a number of locally-based businesses, and special counsel in connection with corporate and real estate transactions.
Jennifer is a graduate of Harvard Law School, cum laude, and a graduate of Siena College, summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Jennifer is a member of the Business Law and Taxation Sections of the American Bar Association, the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the Albany County and Columbia County Bar Associations.
